My professional experience after Eastern Kentucky University is with TMC communications out of Louisville, KY. From 1983 to 85 I was involved in Market Development, Investor Relations, and Sales Training. I coordinated twelve market openings and trained over two hundred field sales representatives and twelve sales and area managers.

At Litel (LCI) in Cincinnati, OH, I was there from 1985 -87 and as an account Executive, sold voice and data circuits primarily to the Small Business sector. My achievements were Account executive of the year in 1985, Promotion to Sales Manager, then Sales manager of the year in 1986 and 87.

Fibernet, Virginia Beach, VA from 1988-89, I was the Customer Service Manager managed four Customer Service Representatives overseeing 1,500 commercial accounts. I developed and implemented turn key customer service program for them.

Advantage Network, Nashville, TN from 1989 -90 I was the District Manager and trained sales force and office personnel. I was responsible for Knoxville and Chattanooga markets, I was the top district for 1989.

I was then employed by LCI (LiTel) again in Columbus, OH from 1990-93 and was a Sales Manager responsible for 20 sales Representatives selling voice and Data services, I was Sales Manager of the year for 1991 and 92.

Conquest communications, Columbus, OH from1993-95 I was agent Manager responsible for agent recruitment and development for KY and TN. I was Top agent Manager in 1993 and 94.

I was the business owner of Spectra-Tel communications in Richmond KY from 1995 to 2008. I was the owner, and developed, sold a 125 location payphone route in South Central Kentucky. I also managed a cellular phone retail store and was an agent for Southeast Telephone. I sold over 6,000 accounts in a 26 month period, became the top ranked agent in 2005 and 2006, and was recognized for outstanding customer service in 2004.

More Recently I have worked for TW telecomm 2008-10, where I was responsible for sales and account management to end-user customers, including large business customers. Responsibilities included sales/account activities for assigned customers. This included pre- and post-sales activities. I doubled existing fiber routes while with them.

I worked for Windstream in 2013 as a Small Business Account manager and Electro Service Installation of CPE's and LANs for wide range of customers.

Electro Service, is the parent of USA technical service.
